Bruno was born in France to an Italian mother and a Tunisian-Italian father. His studies were in Italian language and literature in France. Bruno has also lived in Italy and Spain. Passionate about books and culture, he was awarded a masters degree in comparative literature by the University of Montreal for his memoire about the city of Naples.
Understandably, the relationship that Bruno has for the Parthenopean city was revived during an environmental, educational and cultural project which he lead there for seven months as part of a European youth program. This project, among others, helped to reinforce his already rich experience in travel and popular education.
For Bruno, education by meeting and experience are at the centre of the type of project that can create a shared vision of our similarities as humans – whether they be cultural, historic or environmental.
Bruno’s educational and work background make him the perfect addition to the Alyra team where he will be able to share the values of ecology, solidarity and multiculturalism with others through eco-tourism projects.
